In a recent trip to New Zealand we were equally entertained and harassed by the local Kea population on the road through to Milford Sound. These are a playful and intelligent parrot of New Zealand's alpine regions. These curious birds are known for their mischievous behavior and their ability to solve problems, including a basic understanding of probability!
